Along with running classes, I been actively involved with recruited new instructors for the gym to build our fitness community here in Kawakawa to enrich our town and area for all to acess
Our recrutment networking was (and still is) cast wide, from from our regular members to reaching out to other gyms in New Zealand, for all Les Mills programs
We have Les Mills guidence too, with whom we have a very strong working relationship
From here we train our participants to complete the Les Mills instructors programe to a high quality standard, guiding them all the way to their module, 6-9 months after signing up
This is followed up by myself and my fitness manager so we can monitor the instructors progress
In short, our recruitment becomes a mentoring programe.
