At Tony's I have learned to make coffee and lots of different cocktails!

I've also been learning how to work fast, maintain a high standard and still be personable.

Working as a bartender has taught me how to be responsible and use my initiative! I have had to learn to keep my workspace organized, and be very purposeful with time management, so as to keep everything running smoothly.

Dealing with drunk and needy diners has taught me a lot about interacting with customers, finding ways to keep them happy, and solving their problems.

I play jazz music at bars, restaurants, and private functions when I can.

In this line of work, you have to communicate clearly and make sure you understand what your clients want, and how you can do that for them.
