I enjoy keeping active and exploring the local area, after falling in love with stunning Queenstown. Prior to arriving in New Zealand, I spent 5 months travelling South-East Asia, across 8 countries and experiencing lots of amazing things including Orangutan rehabilitation in Borneo and a 4 day sailing expedition in the Philippines. In the UK I was a volunteer citizens advocate for a Leeds based charity (Advonet). I volunteered with this charity in my spare time alongside my university studies, advocating for individuals with disabilities to ensure they felt they had a voice in society.I was also a volunteer at an emergency food relief centre, where I delivered food parcels to families across Leeds during the COVID pandemic.
