Throughout my years of hospitality I have developed many important skills, such as:

• Utilizing strong multitasking skills to manage multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Remaining calm and poised when dealing with difficult customers or during busy shifts.
• Communicating with kitchen staff to enable accurate food preparation.

While my tenure at Forbes and Davies was short, I learned many valuable skills. Throughout the course I:

• Promoted a positive work environment by actively participating in team-building activities and taking initiative in group projects.
• Achieved timely dispatch of orders using effective time management strategies during the picking process.
• Ensured accurate order fulfillment by diligently cross-checking pick lists against packed items for consistency.
