I graduated from Massey High school in 2020, then embarked on a BA/BSc at the University of Auckland. While taking a semester out to travel Europe, I discovered my true passion was for patisserie, and decided to pursue this instead. I am now in my final semester of a Diploma in Patisserie and excited at the prospect of creating tasty and gorgeous food for others to enjoy.
