• I have worked at Corrections as a catering Instructor for almost 17 years. For the last 5 of those years. I have been based at Christchurch Women’s Prison, placed there to manage the transition/Separation from Men’s Prison

I received all of my catering qualifications from the British Army. During my time in the British Army, I have catered for most of the Royal Family & politicians from the UK & numerous other countries. I have managed a number of catering establishments around the world but the most challenging was the green line in Cyprus 15 kitchens cooking for 1500 People. including high end functions for Politicians etc.

Teaching the Locals in Iraq (Airport Kitchen) was an experience (language barrier) but very rewarding & I had great results
