Outside of my rostered shifts, fitness is a core pillar of my life. I am actively involved in regular gym-based strength training and competitive sports I have recently completed my first ever marathon and I regular run half marathons on monthly basics , which keeps me self-motivated, organized, and highly disciplined. I understand firsthand how physical activity can drastically improve mental health, stress management, and behavioral patterns. I want to channel this energy into our physical education programme to help the men make positive, lasting lifestyle changes.
