We are Currently in a 50% equity partnership with Glenn's father where we lease the land. We peak milk 790 friesian cross cows through a modern 54 bale rotary cow shed. Heifers are milked OAD all season and the remainder of MA cows are milked twice a day until then go OAD at christrmas. We currently operate at a system 2 on a total of 240ha of rolling to flat land. Our equity partnership also owns a 114ha of rolling to steep land which is located 15minutes from the dairy platform where we run 150 replacements of R1s & R2's as well as 40 beef animals. Gemma also leases a further 90ha of land where she runs graziers.

Our current herd has a bw of 204/47 and pw of 242/65 and are all G3.

• I believe we are skilled at working independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Successfully currently managing a team of 3.5 full time staff. And creating a good relationship with sub contractors.
• We strived hard to reach farm targets and have exceeded all farm targets and records on our current farm regarding production and reproduction
• we have a strong focus on herd reproduction, with a average empty rate of 9% and 6 week in calf rate of 80% averaged over the last 3 seasons. Gemma does the AI on our current herd and is also a A.B tech for ambreed.
