This is a physically demanding job with lots of lifting and walking up of stairs. My role includes grape processing at harvest time, the supervising of large teams during harvest period, supporting the winemaking team in achieving desired production schedules by doing equipment setup, breakdown, and thorough sanitation procedures. Good time management is a must have in this role to ensure the timely completion of winemaking tasks by effectively managing and prioritizing workloads.

In this role I am required to have extensive knowledge on all the wines made by Witherhills and everything to do with the wine making process. My main focus in this job was the hosting of wine tastings, from small groups to large events. Another part of my role was the setting up of and running of events. This job requires you to be quick and efficient with flexibility and communication being very important. Great team work and attention to detail is required to deliver the guest the best ultimate experience Witherhills has to offer.
This is a varied role that encompasses all aspects of the Food and Beverage department. In this job I worked in both restaurant and bar, both requiring a high level of professionalism to carry out the hotel brand and ensure our guests and customers received top quality service. Working along side the Events Coordinator, this role also included the setting up of and running of events.
In this job I worked in the kitchen assisting with food preparing, baking, setting up of tea trolleys, dinner service, washing of all cutlery/pots/pans/equipment and utensils, preparing the kitchen for the next days work and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the kitchen.
