  • During my two and a half years at Millbrook, I first started working in the Hole in One cafe, and after some time there they asked me to work in their fine dining restaurant Millhouse
  • I was then offered the chance to run their outside bar, Smithy's, where I would work alone
  • I ran Smithy's from October 2022 until January 2024
  • Overall Millbrook has trained me in a wide variety of different venues and has taught me to work hard and never stop learning.

  • During this time I assisted the head coach, Martin Colenbrander, in coaching young kids during after-school hours on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday as well as holiday programs during all school holidays.
