• I started the company as a retail brand outlet system, comprising different cities in different states in India. Focusing on men's wear fashion. Currently, I am managing the operations with my team in India, and I am operating from Hamilton, New Zealand.

• Became the first Franchisee of Linen Club Brand (owned by Aditya Birla Group) outlet in Tamil Nadu, India.

• Fed and watered horses according to individual dietary needs.
• Promoted optimal animal health by feeding and watering on regular schedule.
• Performed general maintenance tasks such as painting fences or repairing gates.
• Organized hay and grain orders for horses.
• Used all-terrain vehicles to patrol expansive land holding, pastures and grazing areas to monitor animal activities.
• Patrolled holding habitats and grazing areas to monitor animal safety and make timely repairs to equipment, gates and pens.

I did a 10-month internship as part of my two certificate programs in levels 2 and 3, doing my practicals at Camden Farms. Mainly working simultaneously on two farms as part of the study.

• On one farm, we milked 700 mixed-breed cows, with an average of 370 KgMs. In a herringbone shed and another farm with 1,550 cows in a rotary shed with 340 kg MS, I learned the art of rotational grazing, calculating dry matter per hectare, and planning grazing for the herd. Learned to manage blot issues in cows and first aid, and avoid blots. General fence maintenance, water management for the herd, calving, and calf rearing. Dehorning, copper ear tag, and normal ear tag recording. Calf rearing with basic aid for care. Feed management for calves to achieve 100 kg in the fastest way. Identifying lame cows; identifying and managing cows with mastitis, mastitis check-ups, and. Lame cow - Hoof trimming works (not fully cappable), tail painting and monitoring milking cows for AI. General milking. Calving season involves monitoring bobby calves and replacement heifer management. In-calf cows on dry time are being fed and moved to outside grazing areas. Also part of the course, I have worked with a research team on dairy cows' diet and metabolic energy enhancement improvement program, consisting of two weeks at Lincoln University in Christchurch. With a special opening in the rumens of the cows to deposit certain feeds and grains to monitor outputs. I haven't got a lot of experience in milking plant-related work, but I have done regular cleaning. And not much on the recording of the milking cows related to BW details. Due to space constraints, I may not be able to explain further details on my experience. In dairy herd management, I learned from my college and the experience I received. The assistant herd manager, Tim (from Germany), is currently the farm manager. The owner of the farm, Mr. Leo. (I hope he still remembers me.)
