2. Supported client 2 on 1 with Personal Cares- showers, toilet, teeth & dressing him.

4. Supporting client 2 on 1 to Appointments, Community Programs and Social gatherings

5. I was a Keyworker for 6 months, orientated & trained new staff, completed all monthly reports, ensured clients medication & all his documentation was up to date, communicated with staff daily & management weekly
