Set and maintain staff rosters, proactively coordinate annual and sick leave
Responsible for creating and maintaining the schools’ timetables with the leadership team
On call for any pool related issues that may arise.

Provide detailed encouraging specific feedback to all staff to assist in their learning and development in their role.
Deliver performance review/coaching meetings with staff.
Ensure efficient communication with Staff by coordinating and conducting staff
meetings/communications through Easyswim systems.

Setting workout and meet schedules, designing and overseeing training plans, including on deck coaching at practices and meets
Setting goals for the team, assistant coaches, and individual swimmers
Provide adequate time for parents and swimmers to discuss goals and performances
Establish and reinforce appropriate code of conduct and expectations for assistant coaches, swimmers, and parents
Achievements
Led the club to its first ever overall Top 10 finish at New Zealand Short Course Championships 2024
Guided the Club to win Wellington Junior Championships, and for the first time in club history PCA won the 13 and Over, Wellington Long Course Championships (December 2023)
Awarded Swimming Wellington Juniors Coach of the Year 2023

Day to day administrative duties

• Ensure proper logistics are in place on competition days
• Digital Marketing of swimming school and football academy
• Cross-trained existing employees to maximize team agility and performance.
