I am a successful senior Business Executive with experience in leading teams and business functions in a range of industries. The main contributing factor to my success however throughout my career has been my personal strength in leadership and people management. I pride myself on having high EQ and I have a genuine interest in enabling high performing teams and striving for continuous improvement, both in business and on a personal level. Forming relationships, leading and developing the culture of a business is where I excel and am at my best.
