I'm 20 years old, male, with a variety of workplace skills ranging from hospitality, physical construction work, repairing IT assets, and completing maintenance on machinery. I'm an organized, hardworking individual who is dedicated to being a leader and a valuable asset to any environment. I specialize in understanding the fundamentals of business and managing people to create the best outcomes for achieving workplace goals. Additionally, I work with peers to expand the capabilities of the team and individuals in all aspects of the workplace. My role in Greenbox, NZ. Required maintaining heavy machinery that was used to recycle and destroy metals. This role required awareness and carefulness to maintain safety standards while working with dangerous machines. As well as sorting, organizing, and preparing valuable assets. This role required time management, and understanding health and safety in a workplace.
As a construction laborer, I learned to maintain situational awareness when heavy lifting. Help colleagues, understand the objective of the build, and provide help.
