Currently a part-time retail assistant at the Nike Factory Store. In the time that I have worked here I have specialized in customer service, merchandised Nike branded footwear, clothing and equipment to the shop floor, whilst also handling payments and also cashing out at the end of each day.

• Conducted thorough product knowledge training sessions for new hires, ensuring they were well-equipped to serve customers effectively.
• Developed strong relationships with repeat clients, leading to increased loyalty and return visits.
• Managed cash register after end of shift to balance and record accurate transactions.

I was a home-based educator for 2 children from the ages of 3 and 2 up until Primary Entry. I took care and created educational activities for the children to do from 9am-3pm Monday to Friday. I had also attended and supervised during monthly field trips organized by the education program coordinators at Atamai.

• Boosted student comprehension by utilizing various teaching methods tailored to individual learning styles.
• First Aid Training, Earthquake and Fire Drills, Emergency exit plans were set and monitored throughout every visit to ensure the safety of the children during learning hours.

I had a part time position at AWPL in the Auckland International Airport, where I was able to assist passengers from all over the world shopping for New Zealand goods, souvenirs as well as travel essentials.

I was a casual at Red Badge during the school break, reviewing tickets for authenticity and applicability to particular events and directing ticket holders to seats and facility locations.

I was able to gain work experience in High School and was also awarded a Customer Service Award after the 8 week course as well as extra curriculum credits.
