ERP System Implementation Thailand - (Ostendo)

• Led the Business Intelligence Team of 5 members to implement Ostendo Operations (ERP).
• Implemented and managed project plans to ensure successful completion within defined scope.
• Defined technical specification to communicate user requirements to external vendors.
• Drafted business case studies to explain system enhancements and communicated this with the technical team.
• Prepared material and conducted training sessions for end-users in Thailand.

Customer Relationship Management - (Insightly)

• Super user and administrator of the CRM tool. Point of contact with the customer success team at insightly for system optimisation.
• Designed, defined and implemented a Product Feedback System. Resulted in a $1.2 Million sales order booking.
• Ensured timely updates of price books for over 1200 products every quarter, using exchange rates for 3 different currencies (Master,US, and Euro).
• Developed more than 30 workflow automations reducing manual entry for sales team.
• Created sales dashboard for sales team focusing on individual performance metrics.

Atlassian Products - (Confluence, Jira)

• Created an organisation wide wiki-page in Confluence documenting over 150 ERP related processes and procedures.
• Created and managed ERP ticketing system for support requests in Jira. 250 tickets were logged and managed in a year.

ERP System Implementation NZ & US - (Ostendo)

• Worked with Operations (Production, Purchasing&Inventory, Logistics,Sales Operations, Service) teams to define requirements for new ERP solution through workshops.
• Conducted a benchmark and evaluation sessions for ERP systems based on requirements.
• Analysed organisational workflow to create process charts and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinated and managed data migration, consolidating and cleansing data from three different databases (Innovator, Unleashed, WorkflowMax) for over 6000 parts/components in all Bill of Materials.
• Managed User Acceptance Testing to increase efficiency after the ERP was implemented.
• Replaced all spreadsheets used in the organization and provided reports to departments extracting data using SQL.

Configuration Management - (Innovator)

• Developed and implemented configuration management processes and procedures to track Bill of Materials.
• Collaborated with Research and Design teams to plan and execute hardware releases ensuring accurate deployment.
• Identified areas for process improvement and implementing enhancements to improve configuration management.

Operations Management - (Unleashed)

• Ensured Bill of Materials are in place to be ordered based on sales forecast.
• Assembly order creation and receipt backflushing once the order is completed.
• End to End process management from Sales Order Booking to Picking for shipment.
• Report generation for top level management on stock levels, work in progress.

Tax Return Preparation - (CCH)

• Prepared and reviewed federal and state tax returns.
• Calculated estimated and PAS tax liabilities. Issued payment instructions to facilitate tax payments.
• Communicated with external customers to clarify tax notices.

Tax Return Preparation & Documentation - (CCH)

• Analysed client data with US Tax team to file individual returns with Internals Revenue Services.
• Further worked with Client Enablement Service for United Kingdom and Germany.
• Prepared all supporting workpapers and documentation for filing.
