- At TPG I have completed the 2 year Graduate Development programme followed by a promotion to Intermediate Property Consultant
- Throughout my time at TPG I’ve been involved in a wide range of projects In 2021 I was placed on a full-time secondment at Waimakariri District Council as a Property Manager. My role there was to manage leases and licenses of the Council owned land.
- I also managed the project of refurbishinga Council owned property for a new tenant, This involved tendering and engaging contractors required, ongoing communications with the tenants and landowner to ensure the outcome of the project was as expected, monitoring progress through milestones, and development and monitoring of the budget.
- Projects I’m currently involved in include acquisition of land for key road infrastructure. I have been the main supporting role for the Project Manager of Property Acquisition. This has involved attending all project meetings to minute and send out resulting actions, providing updates to key project stakeholders, generating and analyising progress reports for key project stakeholders and supporting the team to ensure efficiency of delivery.
- I have also been the key support for the Project Manager responsible for the refurbishment of a residential house making it suitable for special need occupants. This has involved budget management and analysis, regular progress updates to involved parties, tender and engagement of suppliers, agreement negotiation, and ongoing communication with multiple stakeholders to ensure all special requirements of the property will be met through the refurbishment
- In addition to the above, my role as Intermediate Property Consultant involves providing strategy recommendations to clients, updating multiple clients through milestones and reporting, monitoring job and phase budgets, organising processing of invoices and working with colleagues and superiors.

- At FMG I worked within the Business Support Team, undertaking analysis of building types and their associated values for insurance purposes, entering processed claims against residential and commercial buildings and working with the team on process efficiency for bulk data processing
- The environment at FMG allowed for me to dictate my own workload and taught me how to keep other work moving when waiting for further information or clarification on existing jobs.
Property Management Intern
Christchurch International Airport Limited (CIAL)

- My role at CIAL was to support the team of Property Managers and the Facilities Managers.
- Through my role I assisted the entire property division by completing Asset Management Plans, meeting with different tenants to maintain relationships and ensuring information relating to lease and rent reviews was up to date and accurate.
- I was also tasked with creating the property team page on the company intranet and ensuring key information was captured and easily accessed by the immediate and wider team
- In addition to working with the property managers, I also assisted the facility manager of the airport through corresponding with contractors.
