- Supervised children from the age groups of babies, toddlers and preschoolers.
- Watched over the children during their learning activities, well also encouraging them to create good strategies to reach their learning goal.
- Ensured to take note of any injury a child has made by writing down the type of injury and the incident that caused the injury, or otherwise letting my supervisor know what had happened.
- Helped promote healthy ways for the children to develop good social behavior with their peers.
- Put babies and toddlers down for their naps and also documenting their times for falling asleep and waking up.
- Took note of babies sleep schedules given by their parents and made sure to put them to sleep and wake them up at the time directed.
- Helped clean up children who had an accident by washing them down and helping them to change. And then letting my supervisor know so they can inform the parents and discuss way to help the child.
- Served meals to children and helped feed babies needing assistance.
- Opened up for the preschoolers room and prepared their breakfast, as well as preparing their activities and play areas for them to play with for the day.
- Closed for the preschoolers room, by supervising the remainder children left until each one was picked up a by a parent or guardian. And then cleaning and packing up the room for the next day.
