Summary

I am looking to further my career in banking by stepping up to be a Rural banking role. I have been working in the banking industry for 4 and a half years in which time have moved from Customer Service Representative, to Personal Banking Advisor, to Lending Advisor. Through this, I have got my Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services focused on Residential Property Lending and enhanced my skills in customer relationships.

I am reliable, trustworthy and always hardworking. This has been engraved into me through growing up on a farm and being required to help out from a young age. I love to work as part of a team and have positive people around me but am also able to work independently.

I am able to provide confident face to face, written and over the phone communication with customers. I am a fast learner and through my banking career have learnt the importance of policy and regulations which must be followed.
