I started working at Tank Juice New Zealand in December 2021 when I was just 15 years old, eager to gain work experience and develop new skills in a part time role. From the beginning, I was a motivated and a fast learning team member, adapting to the fast-paced environment of hospitality industry. I quickly became skilled in customer service, food preparation, and maintaining high hygiene standards while also learning valuable time management and teamwork skills. My early dedication and willingness to take on challenges helped me grow both personally and professionally.

Now, at 18 years old, I have gained extensive experience and taken on greater responsibilities within the team. In addition to my core duties, I have developed leadership skills through helping train new staff, handling cash transactions, and assisting with stock management. Over the years, I have built strong customer service abilities, problem-solving skills, and a solid work ethic, all of which have made me a valuable team member. My time at Tank Juice has not only given me hands on experience in retail and hospitality but has also shaped my confidence and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
