Summary

With a strong background in HR management, especially in terms of efficient transactions, organisation, and strategic planning of business. My experience on interpersonal behaviours and negotiations, that incorporates cultural differences in employee groups and the impact of culture on strategic management has an advantage in understanding people on numerous levels. The law degree provides a solid base to support my HR practices.

I enjoy resolving issues by showing people options so that they can choose their own solution, so that there is a fuller engagement in the outcome whilst being guided and challenged to ensure their decision is the right fit for the business.

Whether working on the shop floor or with a Board, I am comfortable in all environments, and can provide insight into issues and walk with people to show them potential solutions rather than telling them what they must do
