Through the diploma in commercial skydiving school, I have built tandem/sports rig packing skills, tandem filming, outside camera flying, freefly skills, manifest, and ground crew which have helped me be well prepared for my future career in the commercial skydiving industry.
My short-term goals are to build a stronger camera flying skill, get NZPIA C license and coach rating. My long-term goals are to become a rigger, AFF instructor and tandem master.
The very first time I learned skydiving was during my university journey in Australia; after that, I considered it to be my wonderful career in the future. Then, I came to NZ to gain more knowledge, which can help me to be a rigger one day, and prepare to work in this industry. Having worked in many different jobs, I have experience with physically long working hours and have improved many of different skills which help me be prepared for any challenge. Those different working experiences have given me skills in communicating, customer service, teamwork, and coaching.
