Inventory Management and Logistics:

i) Design and implement efficient inventory tracking processes.
ii) Oversee the movement of inventory to optimize logistics.

Sales:

i) Directly engage with customers to negotiate prices and provide expert advice.
ii) Drive sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

International Market Research:

i) Conduct comprehensive research on international markets.
ii) Analyze factors such as foreign exchange rates, supplier prices, and freight logistics to inform purchasing decisions.

Regulatory and Research & Development

i) Manage the registration process for new agriculture products.
ii) Coordinate market research, supplier evaluations, field trials, and dossier compilation for regulatory approval.

Administrative Duties:

i) Process client orders and manage invoicing efficiently.
ii) I will make sure to be always available to promptly respond to client calls and emails, ensuring the delivery of excellent service and the confirmation of sales.

I co-founded the company with my father and brother, which is still running successfully today. The work was divided into two segments:

1. Data Science as a Service:

i) Assisted clients by leveraging their data and incorporating the insights into their decision-making processes.
ii) Worked with complex, large datasets, cleaning, organizing, transforming, and exploring them to extract actionable insights.
iii) Developed custom dashboards, reports, and tools using platforms like Google Looker, r-Shiny, and Tableau to visualize data effectively.

Project Examples:

• Designed and implemented dashboards and reports in Google Looker for a medical information system company.
• Developed a work-optimization tool using r-Shiny for generating client data reports in the digital product/service/brand research space.
• Created Tableau dashboards and reports for a marketing company targeting the informal market.

2. Bespoke data science solutions:

Utilized data science and engineering tools to develop software solutions addressing specific industry challenges.
ii) Focused on creating bespoke data science solutions predictive models to optimize maintenance costs and improve breeding outcomes in agriculture.

Project Examples:

• Developed a semi-trailer truck maintenance prediction cost model to optimize maintenance plans and reduce costs for semi-truck buyers. Achieved over 40% improvement in predictive accuracy compared to the client's previous model.
• Currently working on a stud bull breeding model to predict optimal bull/cow combinations for breeding and maximize offspring quality. Utilizing classification models to predict favorable breeding outcomes and exploring further modifications for enhanced accuracy and application.
