I am passionate and excited about the Agriculture sector. I'm a hardworking, motivated and outgoing person who comes from a rural background and loves a challenge. For the past 3 1/2 years I have been working for Farmlands cooperative as a Technical Field Officer, building a sales & relationship skill set to help farmers achieve their on farm goals. I was lucky to be awarded emerging TFO of the year for the company for 2019 & 2020. Out of a pool of 120 other reps. I feel that I will bring a lot of perspective to the team as I understand a farmer’s needs, desires and frustrations from not only a practical approach, but a technical point of view. I enjoy working with people and have a friendly and genuine personality. I have strong relationship building skills, excellent backup support, and have demonstrated this by building a strong base of clients at Farmlands. I am a clean and tidy person who actively maintains my possessions to a high standard, and have a great deal of respect for other peoples’ as well. My strengths are my reliability and persistence even when things are difficult and my willingness to give anything a go. I feel I can relate well to people on a one on one level. I am not afraid to put in the hard yards to get where I want to be.
