Public Library Showroom is a fashion and lifestyle sales & communications agency based out of Grey Lynn. As the last part of completing my business degree, I completed a 9-week placement at Public Library Showroom, where I spent the majority of my time learning under the PR team.

• Planned, coordinated and took on a support role for 3 NZFW shows/events.
• Involved in the ideation, development and implementation of creative marketing campaigns.

• Received and processed incoming stock to keep inventory levels accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepared orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labelling merchandise.
• Loaded and unloaded delivery trucks promptly for further distribution.
• Assisted with garment finishing services, such as operating steam tunnel and hanging clothes.

Davis Food Ingredients is one of New Zealand's largest food ingredient supply companies and offers both local & international products to range of customers around the country.

• Assisted customers with prompt and polite support in person and via telephone
• Drove customer loyalty and consistent sales through friendly service and knowledgeable assistance
• Assisted customers in finding items and explained benefits to increase sales and satisfaction.
• Picking orders in the warehouse for both retail and wholesale customers.

Soft Solutions Ltd. is an IT distributor that specialises in both hardware & software. Representing the products of over 10 international companies in the New Zealand market, they help provide the best solution for any IT needs.

• Wrote engaging and successful marketing, advertising, and website copy for more than 10 different brands.
• Sat with marketing team members to learn new tasks and determine the best strategies for solving challenges.
• Implemented SEO strategies to boost website traffic.
• Assisted in creating written, video and image content for marketing channels.
