  • Work in partnership with face-to-face intervention agencies to provide integrated care program which includes making outbound calls to clients who have agreed to participate in program at 1, 3, 6, 12, and 18 months and general safety checks and intervention motivation (as appropriate) with service users.
  • Conducting AUT Effectiveness Study of Problem Gambling Standard and Brief Interventions. Initial assessment included gambling impacts, treatment, mental health, alcohol and drug use (AUDIT-C, DAST), and Quality of Life.
