• Led process improvement workshops with the Finance Operations teams (AR/AP/Payroll) to process map and document existing processes. We have identified and implemented several “quick wins” through this, and are progressing further improvements on a larger scale.

Worked closely with external SQL queries specialist to develop and implement a data warehouse and Executive Information System that allows senior management to access critical KPI data in an accurate and timely fashion. Data warehouse combined payroll, financial and operational data from which effective Power BI and RSS reports have been developed

• Created and led “Business Improvement Team” who meet regularly to review and evaluate system processes and procedures to identify and implement improved ways of working. Most successful process improvement resulted in a savings of 8 administrative hours a week of data entry for one individual allowing her to focus this time instead on value added tasks

• Developed, documented and maintained operational and administrative procedures. Trained nationwide management and administrative staff to this “depot scrub” manual to ensure systems are used appropriately and data integrity is maintained
