My track record demonstrates the ability I have to communicate efficiently, create content in various areas, organise events and people, as well as self manage. Notably Dconnect, Clockwork Copy, Surf Life Saving Coaching, and Village Berries has been where I have gained these skills. My hard work and capabilities can be evidenced by raising over $8,000 for charity, earning the 2023 Emerging Coach of the Year award, being awarded multiple scholarships, and by having my articles published. However, I take the most pride in the feedback gained from people who I have been able to work with, who can honor my excellent self-management, communication, and organization skills.

• Presenter, Osteoarthritis Presentation (SCOTS programme), 2024, Presenting nutritional advice to up to 30 people with Osteoarthritis., One off presentation in August 2024.
• Volunteer, SuperGrans Cooking Classes, 2024, Assist in community based cooking sessions., Answer nutrition related and cooking related questions.
• Event Organiser, Pink Ribbon Breakfast, 2023, 2024, Organise food preparation, and set up event for 100+ people in 2023 and almost 400 in 2024., Raised over $8,000 in total.
• Volunteer, Kiwi Harvest Dunedin, 2024, Deliver food out to deprived communities and interact with people in the community., Promotion of zero food waste.
