Volunteer Work

Between the ages of 13 and 16, I volunteered as a Camp Leader at Christian Youth Camps (CYC) in Ngāruawāhia. During this time, I spent a week with children aged 8-12, leading a variety of activities including hiking, field games, archery, and more. In addition to coordinating afternoon downtime activities, competitions, and entertainment, I also took on administrative tasks such as managing camper check-ins and check-outs, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with kitchen duties, and supervising younger campers to ensure their safety and well-being while completing their tasks.
