I have developed and co-owned my own businesses with success. These include Mechanics, Real Estate, Recruitment/Professional Coaching. I have recently rebranded my business and established “Finessence Consulting”.

My business platform is designed to assist business’s to achieve excellence in People, Performance and Quality Management Systems

My sales skills’, business acumen and finance experience compliment my operations.

My success is delivered through creativity and innovation, with big picture thinking, and the continued passion for learning and development.

In Management roles I am known as a person who has inspired and challenged individuals to be the best they can, while also encouraging them to see things differently and achieve in a way they may not have normally had the courage to do.
