Key responsibilities:

Ramp Operations:

• Loading and offloading bags from planes.
• Marshalling planes into gates.
• Positioning ramp/stairs onto planes for passenger disembarkation.

Baggage Operations:

• Setting up cans and trolleys for bags to be loaded into.
• Weighing bags on the weigh bridge and record weight on weight certificate before bags are send out.
• Maintained a safe work environment in accordance with SOP.
• Ensuring weapons, rush and ep 1 bags are loaded into the right can.
• Printing out card before sending out the cans from bag room.
• Ensuring loaders 1 going on break on time.
• Notifying load foreman for late bags and giving the all clear from baggage.

Achievements:

• Signed off as C2 baggage.
• Signed off on operating golf cart, tug and champ.
• Graduated from project Mana.

Key responsibilities:

Baggage:

• Loading bags into cans and offloading arrival bags .
• Setting up cans for next flight.
• Driving cans out to departure gate.

Ramp:

• Receiving and dispatching airplanes.
• Loading and unloading bags and cargo from plane.
• Cleaning plane.
• Toilet truck.

• Signed off on operating toilet truck and tug.
• Signed off on headset.
