With a mindset working towards and with team to make business profitable and expanding as i have started farming in 2016 at K A MONTGOMERY we have started with 450 cows and in 3 seasons have help grow farm to nearly 800 cows farm and after that i joined EYRETON FARMING LTD. In 2019 started as sole incharge with boss on 500 cows on 150 hectare and a lease block of 20 hectare and today working on same farm with 500 milkers, spring150r2s and 50 autumn r2s, around winter150yearlings and gonna calve 50 more this February as we also do calving in spring and autumn for boss’s 300 cows we calved their 150 for winter and 100 for autumn and this farm was bought in 2021. and im not saying i did everything but it is only possible if we meet the deadline for every thing so boss dont have to stress out and overlook staff every time.
