• Leadership role – assisting and monitoring technician and supervisors at site twice a week for planning out site activities according to project requirements and drawings prepared by me or design team to promote accurate & high-quality installation leads to overall best productive outcome and better client satisfaction
• Team work – designed and developed façade systems (glazings, canopies, railings, doors etc.) under the guidance of design manager along with a group of 06 design engineers
• Management role – followed all project management protocols such as planning, organizing, and monitoring and controlling all aspects of projects and ensuring all project activities are up to date using project management software such as MSP.
