Harmony Parata

I am currently a year 12 student attending Newlands College. I was an international ambassador and an international buddy last year, which consisted of helping international students around the school and Wellington. I am now searching for a part time job in retail or hospitality, preferably around the food service industry. I am great with interacting with new individuals and I enjoy speaking and getting to know new people. I am an international ambassador and assist a few international students around the school. I am great at achieving and doing all of my assignments thoroughly and completely, and I am constantly eager to learn new things. I am currently looking for my first work experience, which will hopefully inspire me to do more novel things and achieve bigger objectives.

Glennette Marching, Wellington, New Zealand, 10/01/20, Present

- I am a marcher in an under 18s team for a local Wellington team. We travel around New Zealand and participate in competitions such as, North Islands and Nationals. Just recently, our team was one of the few chosen to go overseas to Australia and perform. We have won many things, such as being in the top 3 at major competitions. Marching is a very important sport to me and may take up some of my time, such as on Sundays (normally in the afternoon, 12-4), and after school on Wednesdays. If there is ever a chance that I have work on those days or around the time I have training, I will make sure to get someone to fill in or I will try my best to leave early or arrive late to my training.
