years of professional experience

I’m Harry Smithson, and I grew up in a small town in Northland. I’ve always been fascinated by how things work and spent a lot of time as a child in my grandfather’s machine shop, which sparked my interest in engineering and how things are made.

In my spare time, I enjoy working on projects in my shed, including restoring classic cars and recently completing the build of a 150 mm hydraulic wood chipper.

When I’m not in the workshop, I enjoy fishing, playing pool, and spending time with friends and family.
