• Working as a Vehicles painting ,Sand blasting, Spray-Painting, Plastering, Hydro Jetting / Water Blasting technician at INTERGROUP and STRUCTURAL COATINGS SERVICES LTD.
• We are performing Vehicles painting and blasting on various type of material, Ex: Raw material items, Galvanizing item and others. All the items we are follow up quality procedure for complete the job. We start our step with Sand blasting. After the blasting those items goes to QA inspection for dust test, salt test and profile test. After the QA inspection pass then we are going to start painting activity. But before start painting, we make sure proper air blow on the items. After that we follow up the paint system and re-confirm with owner requirement WFT & DFT. Then based on paint spec we mix paint and we apply the paint. Same procedure we follow up for 2nd coat and Final coat as well. We are use wire brushes, Needle gun and grinding machine if item are no sand blasting then we are use this tools to clean rust and painting.
