Hayden Poulson

I am a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic individual seeking a full-time position. I am available to work Monday through Sunday and bring a positive, proactive attitude to every task I take on. I am highly organized, cheerful, and able to adapt to new challenges with confidence and resilience.

With hands-on experience in labour intensive roles, I enjoy physical work and working with my hands. I have developed strong skills in health and safety, customer service, and teamwork, consistently delivering high standards in every role I undertake.

Health and safety is something I take very seriously not just at work, but in my day-to-day life. I pay close attention to risks and always aim to prevent accidents. I am a strong believer in working in pairs or teams when operating in potentially dangerous environments, as I value the wellbeing of myself and those around me.

I work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and I communicate well with colleagues and clients. I am eager to learn and develop, seek opportunities to expand my skills, increase my product knowledge, and take on extra responsibilities. I am committed to continuous improvements and available to start work immediately.

I hold a full New Zealand Driver’s Licence and a forklift license that requires renewing.

Outside of work, I have an interest in cars and enjoy working on my own car at home. I have 2 dogs and enjoy spending time with them and my partner of six years. In my downtime, I like to visit family, or relax and play the game, staying connected with friends. I value balance in life, staying active, and continuing to learn through work and personal projects
