Felly is the name of the room I had worked in. My position in the felly was being on knife. I was responsible for cutting off the fat on the sheep and lambs. Keeping my knife sharpened at all times as we worked in a very fast paced environment. I am very skilled at working fast pace while remaining calm and collective under pressure. Unfortunately the season had come to an early end, we ran low in stock. My key points while working at alliance was :

• Improved partner satisfaction rates by addressing concerns promptly and offering customized solutions based on individual needs
• Increased revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new alliance opportunities with key industry

Performed house keeping duties at a motel during the week and the hotel on weekends. My work was only part time until I had transitioned from part time to full time position, covering weekdays and weekends. Maintained perfect attendance while ensuring timely completion of tasks for higher income.

Finished every task on time that was set for me to do.

• Ensured smooth handover between shifts by maintaining clear communication channels
• Resolved conflicts among team members, fostering a respectful and collaborative work
• Removed decayed bulbs to maintain high-quality tulips.
• Ensured each tulip met condition and shape standards
• Developed strong patience and concentration skills through tasks
• Managed extensive night shifts of 15-16 hours.
• Handled daytime work shifts lasting 9 hours each day.
