Hayley Anne Dawson

I am a mature, honest, and methodical individual seeking employment in the social services
sector. I have four years of experience in this field and many years of customer service experience
in the trucking industry. I am computer literate and possess excellent communication skills, which
enable me to complete tasks effectively, even under high pressure and distractions. As a reliable
team player, I can also work independently with minimal supervision. I utilize my
problem-solving skills, empathy, and compassion, all grounded in my lived experiences.
I am currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in Social Work at Te Wānanga o Aotearoa on
Tuesday evenings. I actively play indoor netball and take great pride in watching my children
excel in combat sports. I also prioritize spending quality time with my grandchildren and whanau.
In the 2018 and 2024 seasons, I managed the Papatoetoe Panthers Senior A rugby league team.
Furthermore, I managed the Aotearoa Maori Under-12s rugby league team at the 2021 NZ Maori
Tournament held in Whakatane.
