- To manage all aspects of the Bostock Organic Apple business with specific emphasis on postharvest logistics and growing the market for our apples.

- Manage 1 million units of Organic apples (largest Organic producer in the Southern hemisphere and representing 4% of the NZ National crop).

- Manage a team of technical, quality, compliance focused staff

- Ensure Certified Organic Compliance requirements met

- Manage European Market

- A holistic view and excellent communication skills required for this role.

This is a community project funded by Predator Free New Zealand Backyard programmes

Since Sept 2022 we have set up over 100 traps on Mataruahou Bluff Hill, engaged three schools, set up trap lines at the schools and two parks. It is a wonderful community project that I have had the privilege of being heavily involved in.

• Increased participant engagement by incorporating interactive activities and group discussions into sessions.
