As a Lamb Boner we had to have a good understanding of Health and Safety regulations such as Wearing the safety equipment we were provided etc, So yes i have a good understanding towards Health and Safety, In our role of Lamb Boning we were to take the bones out of the meat as well as handling our knife's in a professional safe way so there would be no casualties or injuries, so I have spent a decent amount of time working as a Lamb Boner being at 3-4 Years.
