I am a Customer Service Representative at Briscoe Group, where I have been working since Feb 2024. This involves being a liaison between customers and drop ship suppliers for any issues or amendments with orders, fulfilling both commercial and web orders for gift cards. As well as being a general customer service agent answering calls and emails to help customers and stores with their issues. I am also a Network Security and Software Development Student at Auckland University of Technology, expected to graduate in June 2024. I have over 3 years of experience in Retail Sales and Web Fulfilment, having previously worked at Rebel Sport Riccarton and Morningside. I have skills in Network Security, Network Administration, and I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to real-world problems. I am a team player, a problem solver, and a customer-focused professional who strives to deliver excellent service and quality products.

Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Top Project Award - Auckland University of Technology, 12/01/23, Awarded to the team members of the top Bachelor of Computer & Information Sciences R&D Project. We received this award for our project with the Defence Technology Agency creating a proof of concept of a Cyber Training Environment.
