Store Operations

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, stock control, and cash handling.
• Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs, coaching team members, and ensuring upselling of vape devices, e-liquids, and accessories.
• Maintain compliance with New Zealand vape regulations (e.g., R18 sales restrictions, product display rules, and health & safety requirements).
• Manage supplier relationships, place orders, and monitor stock turnover, including handling soon-to-expire products.
• Ensure the store is well-presented, customer-friendly, and aligned with brand standards.

Customer Service

• Lead by example in providing professional and knowledgeable customer service, including advising customers on vape devices, nicotine levels, and e-liquid options.
• Handle escalated customer complaints, refunds, and service issues with fairness and professionalism.
• Build and retain a loyal customer base through personalised recommendations and membership services.

Human Resources

• Recruit, onboard, and train new staff, ensuring they meet company service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and manage staff rosters to balance labour costs with operational needs.
• Conduct regular staff performance reviews, provide coaching, and create development opportunities.
• Manage payroll records, leave balances, and compliance with New Zealand employment law.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, encouraging teamwork, accountability, and open communication.
