My Role at Angel Divine for the past 2 years has consisted of many rules these include:

• Dealing with high international brands exclusively including Holland Cooper which we are the only stockist outside of the UK. Becoming familiar with International and local brands and have personally talked with our brands.
• Running the shop from opening at 9.30 to closing at 7pm. Including banking at the end of the day.
• Successfully communicating with all ages and ethnicity's.
• I have created content for the social media account, provided stock takes and provided insights and feedback on what goes well for the store and what brands/pieces we should stock. As well as sourcing and supplying jewellery. I managed office inventory by tracking supplies and placing timely orders to prevent shortages. Arranged merchandise for display to highlight new styles, attract customers, and enhance sales.

• Worked to meet or exceed special targets for credit card applications, special donations and specific product promotions.
• Maintained clean sales floor and straightened and faced merchandise.
• Developed professional relationships with customers to increase loyalty, retention and rapport.
• Trained new employees on store procedures, point-of-sale systems usage, and customer service best practices for successful on boarding experiences.
• Applied for the Christmas causal position when I was 15 and I worked my self up to become a key holder of the store at 16 where I would open the store every weekend Saturday and Sunday. After having this retail job I gained knowledge to allow me to work for a high end designer boutique Angel Divine in Queenstown.

• Streamlined payment processes by accurately dividing bills among parties and processing transactions quickly and efficiently.
• Ensured accurate order placement by thoroughly reviewing selections with guests before submitting them to the kitchen staff.
• Quickly reset and cleaned up tables after customers left to enable speedy turnaround and guest flow.
• Maintained clean and sanitary workstations throughout shifts, adhering to health codes and restaurant standards.
• White n Wongs is one of the busiest restaurants in Queenstown, I worked here 2 nights a week after school from 5pm-11am. I maintained high grades at school whilst working long hard nights.
