I am a final year student seeking a role in Human resources. I am near the completion of a Bachelor of Commerce, doing a double major in Human Resource Management and Strategic Management at the University of Waikato. I have opted to do online University as it gives me the free time to do full-time work. Also allows me to get ahead of the game in the Human resource industry. The interest of Human resources stems from my fascination in the fairness, effectiveness and efficiency within the workplace. As I believe these are critical attributes to a business's success. Additionally, I am a highly motivated individual with a desire to tackle new challenges and possess exceptional interpersonal skills that allow me to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
