Summary

My involvement in various associations at the University of Waikato, paired with the invaluable experience obtained from my volunteering position at Community Law Waikato has given me a unique insight into the broad and diverse perspectives from the people around me. Through this, I believe I bring a significant attribute to the table: allowing others to feel seen and heard, as well as knowing how to interact with individuals in difficult situations. This is particularly crucial considering that a large part of practicing law is being able to interact and communicate with a wide range of people. Having held several executive positions while pursuing an honours degree and working part-time, I have demonstrated my organizational abilities, time management skills, adaptability, and capacity to perform well under a variety of conditions.
