I am responsible for developing plans and specifications for building projects in order to meet client needs. This involves creating architectural drawings and detailed schematics, and conducting thorough research on zoning ordinances, building codes, and other construction-related regulations. I also visit potential building locations to assess sites and use survey data, maps, and aerial photographs to create scaled drawings. In addition to this, I collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and contractors on various aspects of construction projects. Furthermore, I develop and maintain a library of BIM objects, families, and templates, and review models for accuracy and completeness before issuing them for construction. I also provide technical support to project teams on the use of Autodesk Revit and BIM software tools. Additionally, I create 3D parametric models from 2D drawings using Building Information Modeling software and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure proper model integration and adherence to project standards.

I have developed comprehensive plans for new buildings. I analyzed blueprints, drawings, and sketches to identify potential structural issues. I also reviewed submitted documents such as building permits, zoning laws, and other regulations to ensure compliance with applicable standards. In addition, I coordinated with contractors, engineers, and designers to develop solutions to project challenges and conducted on-site inspections of construction sites to verify completion of tasks as per specifications. I resolved conflicts between design teams and contractors through effective communication strategies. Furthermore, I provided technical advice on architectural aspects throughout all stages of development projects. I developed BIM standards and procedures for the company and generated 3D models, drawings, and other documents related to construction projects. I also assisted in troubleshooting issues related to BIM software applications and coordinated with project teams to ensure accurate data input into BIM models. Lastly, I provided technical support to users of BIM software applications.
