1. Leadership and Team Management:
+ Supervise, motivate, and lead a team of 19 cafe staff, including baristas, servers, kitchen staff, and other support personnel.
+ Conduct regular staff meetings, provide training, and ensure team members are well-equipped to perform their roles effectively.
+ Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, encouraging teamwork, open communication, and professional development.
2. Operations Management:
+ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including opening and closing procedures, staffing schedules, and shift management.
+ Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock of food, beverages, and other supplies to meet customer demand.
+ Implement and uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.
3. Customer Service Excellence:
+ Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for patrons.
+ Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.
4. Financial Management:
+Work closely with the cafe owner or management to set and achieve financial targets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
+ Manage cash handling, billing, and reconciliation processes accurately
5. Menu and Quality Control:
+ Collaborate with the kitchen staff to curate and update the menu, ensuring a variety of high-quality food and beverage Offerings, Maintain consistency in food and drink preparation, presentation, and taste.
6. Marketing and Promotions:
+ Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Plan and coordinate promotions, events, and special offers to increase footfall and revenue.
