I am an expert in bouldering, having climbed for 3-4 times a week for the past year. I am able to competently assist in this area.
I am part of the Victoria University of Wellington Tramping Club (BAAAA!), and have gone on a few tramps this year, having experience in this aspect of outdoor recreation, and have contact with many experienced trampers.
My current job at KPC has equipped me with the people skills necessary to interact with customers, even those quite different to myself.
